What about inactivity fees?

If you fail to activate an offer in your Ibotta account for twelve (12) months your Ibotta account will be considered "inactive." Activating an offer requires completing at least one activity associated with an offer. While your account is inactive, Ibotta will deduct an amount equal to one dollar and 99 cents ($1.99) from your accumulated Rewards every month prior to reactivation ("Inactivity Fee"). Ibotta will attempt to notify you before your account becomes inactive by sending you an email to the address we have on file for you. Subject to Ibotta’s right to terminate your account under these Terms, you may reactivate your Ibotta account by logging in to your Ibotta account. If your state’s law prohibits Ibotta from charging the Inactivity Fee, Ibotta may deduct an Inactivity Fee equal to the maximum permitted by the laws of your state.
