Why is the barcode not matching?

Tap the picture of the product offer within the retailer that you are interested in shopping at. Then, tap the image of the product again to view the Product Detail page to see the offer details including the size, variety, and additional details of the offer.  Please double check that you purchased the correct offer.

 

Also note that while shopping, you can also use the barcode scanner in the store in order to match the offer.  Tap on “Redeem” on the bottom left-hand corner within the offers page of the retailer that you are interested in. This will pull up all of the offers that you have engaged with, and are trying to redeem. Tap on the specific offer you want to barcode scan, and then tap “Check Product.”
