How do I reset my password?

From the login screen on your device, select "Forgot Password?" from the bottom of the page. Your device will then prompt you to enter your email address so that we may send you a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you are not seeing the email from us.
 
If you are already signed in, first select "Settings,” next choose "Log out," and then follow the steps listed above. Please send us an email at support@ibotta.com if you are still having issues resetting your password after following these steps.
